1. Disclaimer and Liability

• By using the PRABATH-MD Whatsapp Bot, you acknowledge that if your Whatsapp, GitHub, or any other account is banned or suspended, PRABATH-MD developers shall not be held responsible. This includes any potential violations of third-party platform policies during bot usage.
• Although this website facilitates the deployment of the bot via your Heroku account using a Heroku API key, if your Heroku account is banned for any reason, PRABATH-MD developers assume no liability. We recommend monitoring your account usage and complying with Heroku's terms of service.
• The usage of the PRABATH-MD Bot is entirely at your own discretion, and you bear full responsibility for any outcomes, including data loss, service interruptions, or legal consequences arising from bot activities.

2. Auto Follow and Developer Configuration

By using PRABATH-MD, your account will automatically follow our two official channels, as well as two additional partner channels to support ongoing development.

Important: The Developer reserves the right to configure the bot to automatically follow other specific channels or perform reaction updates at any time for operational, security, or promotional purposes without prior individual notification.

3. Sub-Bot Infrastructure and Data Security

• Users utilizing the Sub-Bot feature acknowledge that their bot instance operates on shared server infrastructure.
• Encrypted Storage: Although the database is shared, all your Configurations and Session Data are encrypted using AES-256 GCM Technology.
• Privacy Guarantee: Due to this strict encryption, the Main Developer cannot access, read, or decrypt your personal configurations. Your data remains logically isolated and secure.
• Shared Resources: While data is secure, system resources (CPU/RAM) are shared. Heavy usage by one bot may cause latency for others.

4. Automatic Backup & Restore

• The **Automatic Backup & Restore** feature is **exclusively available to PRO subscribers**. By using this feature, you consent to automatically storing your application names (Heroku, Koyeb), associated Environment Variables (ENVs), and other deployment secrets on secure cloud servers for recovery purposes.
• You acknowledge that this functionality requires us to temporarily access and store sensitive credentials for the purpose of backup and restoration only.
• While we employ robust security measures, you use this service at your own risk. We assume no liability for any unauthorized access or data loss.

5. Account Details Confidentiality

The account details you create, such as your email, password, and username, must never be shared with anyone. Sharing these details is highly risky, and if your account suffers any harm due to such sharing, we will not be held liable.

6. Session ID and Token Security

When creating and deploying your bot, you will generate and use session IDs and tokens. These sensitive credentials must never be shared with others, as doing so could compromise your bot's security. It is your sole responsibility to safeguard these items.

7. Data Privacy and Encryption

We prioritize your privacy. All Sub-Bot configurations stored in our shared database are fully encrypted using military-grade AES-256 standards. Plain-text secrets are never exposed to server administrators.

8. Prohibited Activities and Immediate Termination

• Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited. Users are only allowed one account per individual.
• Any attempt to hack, scrape data, or otherwise misuse the PRABATH-MD website or infrastructure is strictly forbidden.
• Violation of this section will result in the permanent deletion of the user's account and immediate IP address ban without prior warning.
