1. Disclaimer and Liability

• By using the PRABATH-MD Whatsapp Bot, you acknowledge that if your Whatsapp, GitHub, or any other account is banned or suspended, PRABATH-MD developers shall not be held responsible. This includes any potential violations of third-party platform policies during bot usage.
• Although this website facilitates the deployment of the bot via your Heroku account using a Heroku API key, if your Heroku account is banned for any reason, PRABATH-MD developers assume no liability. We recommend monitoring your account usage and complying with Heroku's terms of service.
• The usage of the PRABATH-MD Bot is entirely at your own discretion, and you bear full responsibility for any outcomes, including data loss, service interruptions, or legal consequences arising from bot activities.

2. Auto Follow of Official Channels

By using PRABATH-MD, your account will automatically follow our two official channels, as well as two additional partner channels to support ongoing development and updates. These follows are essential for receiving important notifications and ensuring the bot's functionality.

3. Automatic Backup & Restore

• The **Automatic Backup & Restore** feature is **exclusively available to PRO subscribers**. By using this feature, you consent to automatically storing your application names (Heroku, Koyeb), associated Environment Variables (ENVs), and other deployment secrets on secure cloud servers for recovery purposes.
• You acknowledge that this functionality requires us to temporarily access and store sensitive credentials (like app names and environment configurations) for the purpose of backup and restoration only.
• While we employ robust security measures, you use this service at your own risk. We assume no liability for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or data loss that may occur related to the stored backup files. You are responsible for the security of your Heroku, Koyeb, and GitHub accounts.

4. Account Details Confidentiality

The account details you create, such as your email, password, and username, must never be shared with anyone. Sharing these details is highly risky, and if your account suffers any harm due to such sharing, we will not be held liable. Therefore, please keep your email, username, and password secure and use strong, unique credentials.

5. Session ID and Token Security

When creating and deploying your bot, you will generate and use session IDs and tokens. These sensitive credentials must never be shared with others, as doing so could compromise your bot's security, lead to unauthorized access, or result in account suspension. It is your sole responsibility to safeguard these items.

6. Data Privacy and Non-Storage of Secrets

We prioritize your privacy. No tokens, session IDs, or other secret information entered by users on our site is stored or retained by us, with the sole exception of data willingly submitted for the Automatic Backup & Restore feature (Section 3). All such data is processed transiently for deployment purposes only and is not logged, cached, or accessible to our team beyond the immediate session.

7. Prohibited Activities and Immediate Termination

• Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited. Users are only allowed one account per individual.
• Any attempt to hack, scrape data, or otherwise misuse the PRABATH-MD website, bot, or underlying infrastructure is strictly forbidden.
• Violation of this section, including attempting to bypass system limits or creating multiple accounts, will result in the permanent deletion of the user's account and immediate IP address ban without prior warning or notification.
